Please bear in mind that DPD Pickup parcelshops require photographic ID – so it has to be a passport or photo driving license - to release your parcel. The following types of ID are not accepted: Student ID.
Not all the drivers will ask to see the ID. On the DPD website it does say that if you are self isolating you can leave a note on your door telling the driver you are self isolating and then they will leave the parcel on the doorstep and take a photo as proof of delivery.
